Notice of Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint. ECEC acknowledges that it has been notified that there is asbestos and lead-based paint located in the building at the SFC Facility. The City shall, at its expense, comply with all federal, state and municipal laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and orders regarding the removal or encapsulation of such asbestos and lead-based paint.
