Common use of Notice of a Meeting Clause in Contracts

Notice of a Meeting. The Coordinator shall give notice in writing of a meeting to each Member as soon as possible and no later than 14 calendar days preceding an ordinary meeting and 7 calendar days preceding an extraordinary meeting.
