NOTICE INVITING E-TENDERS. Online E-tenders are re-invited by Pune Cantonment Board, Pune for the work of construction of processing plant / processing facility for conversion of Mixed Solid Waste into high energy fuel pellets and / or electricity at Trenching Ground at Sy. ▇▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ on Build Operate and Transfer basis from reputed and experienced firms / agencies, who have adequate and sound knowledge and experience in the field of Solid Waste disposal facility as per the Rules and norms laid down in Schedule I & II of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and who fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below. Firms / Agencies who have not enrolled / registered in e-procurement should enroll / register before participating through the website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. The portal enrollment is free of cost. The Technical and Financial Bids should be submitted in e-procurement portal only. No manual bids will be accepted. 1 Provision of processing facility for conversion of mixed solid waste into high energy fuel pellets and / or electricity at trenching ground, Hadapsar : Pune Cantonment. Rs. 1,00,000/- Rs. 2,000/- a. Technical bid eligibility criteria – The scanned copies of the following documents are required to be submitted serially in a single pdf file. i. Scanned copy of experience of having successfully executed during the past 5 years, minimum One contract relevant to processing of un-segregated municipal solid waste in any local body having a population above 1 lakh. ii. Scanned copy of experience of having successfully undertaken during the past five years minimum one contract relevant to a project on BOT, BOLT, BOOT, DBOOT or other similar basis with atleast design, construction, operation and maintenance of waste processing and disposal facility for MSW of atleast 100 tpd. The process plant shall be in operation for atleast one year. iii. Scanned copy of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized / Scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer, Pune Cantonment Board, Pune. iv. Scanned copy of certificate of registration of the firm/ company.
