The Subordinated Creditors, other than the Project Sponsor, Pledgors or their respective Affiliates, agree, for the benefit of each Secured Party, that they will give the Collateral Agent, on behalf of each Secured Party, prompt notice of any default by the Borrower of which the Subordinated Creditors are aware in respect of the Subordinated Debt.
