Notes on Participant. 1 – This interview was relaxed and informal. It ran over the allotted time due to the interviewee’s passion for the subject matter. The participant was very helpful in giving the researcher direction to understand the South African context better. The researcher found the interviewee to be very creative and decades of banking experience has not hindered his forward thinking.
