Novation and the Clients and their subsidiaries and affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any Member's breach of any purchasing commitment or for any other actions of any Member. In addition, none of the Clients will be responsible or liable for the obligations of another Client or its subsidiaries or affiliates or the obligations of Novation or Supplier under this Agreement.
