Common use of Not Discriminate Clause in Contracts

Not Discriminate. In its performance of this Subaward Contract, the Subrecipient shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, religion, age, marital status, or disability, with respect to either provision of services or in its employment practices. In the event a federal or state court or administrative agency makes a finding of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex against Subrecipient after a due process hearing, Subrecipient shall forward a copy of the finding to Project Monitor. Subrecipient shall be required to comply with 28 CFR 42.301 et seq. to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity Program (EEOP).
