Not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Warrant Certificate or in the holding of a Warrant evidenced hereby shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company.
Not a Shareholder. The RSUs represent an unfunded, unsecured promise by the Company to deliver Shares upon vesting and conversion of the RSUs, and until vesting of the RSUs and issuance of the Shares, the Participant shall not have any of the rights of a shareholder with respect to the Shares underlying the RSUs. For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant shall have no right to receive any dividends and shall have no voting rights with respect to the Shares underlying the RSUs for which the record date is on or before the date on which the Shares underlying the RSUs are issued to the Participant.
Not a Shareholder. The holding of the Warrants shall not constitute the Holder a shareholder of the Company nor entitle the Holder to any right or interest in respect thereof, except as expressly provided in this Warrant Certificate.

The Performance RSUs represent an unfunded, unsecured promise by the Company to deliver Shares upon vesting and conversion of the Performance RSUs, and until vesting of the Performance RSUs and issuance of the Shares, the Participant shall not have any of the rights of a shareholder with respect to the Shares underlying the Performance RSUs. For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant shall have no right to receive any dividends and shall have no voting rights with respect to the Shares underlying the Performance RSUs for which the record date is on or before the date on which the Shares underlying the Performance RSUs are issued to the Participant.
Not a Shareholder. Nothing in this Compensation Option Certificate or in the holding of the Options evidenced hereby shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Corporation.
Not a Shareholder. You understand and agree that the Company will not consider you a shareholder for any purpose with respect to any of the Option Shares until you have exercised the Option, paid for the shares, and received evidence of ownership. Adjustments Any adjustments made pursuant to Section 15 of the Plan shall be made in such a manner as to ensure that, after such adjustment, the Option either continues not to be subject to Code Section 409A or complies with the requirements of Code Section 409A and the Committee shall not have the authority to make any adjustments pursuant to Section 15 of the Plan to the extent that the existence of such authority would cause the Option to be subject to Code Section 409A.
Not a Shareholder. Nothing in this BEE Warrant Certificate or in the holding of a BEE Warrant evidenced hereby shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company.
Not a Shareholder. Prior to the conversion of this Note or any portion thereof according to the provisions specified herein, the Holder, in its capacity as an Holder, shall not be entitled to any rights of a shareholder of the Company, including, without limitation, the right to vote or to receive dividends or other distributions, with respect to the Note and the shares issuable upon conversion of the Note.
Not a Shareholder. 8.1 Nothing in this Series B Warrant certificate or in the holding of the Series B Warrants evidenced hereby shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company.
Not a Shareholder. 8.1 Nothing in this Series A Warrant certificate or in the holding of the Series A Warrants Nothing in this Series A Warrant certificate or in the holding of the Series A Warrants evidenced hereby shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder any right or interest whatsoever as a shareholder of the Company.
