Common use of Norway Clause in Contracts

Norway. For a Norwegian resident, for so long as Participant resides in Norway and is subject to the laws of Norway: (i) In Section 5(d), the words “or Solicitation” shall be added, in each instance after the word “Obligation(s)”; (ii) In Section 5(d)(1), in the first sentence, solely with respect to Solicitation, the phrase “Relevant Period” shall be replaced with “the first anniversary of the Settlement Date”; (iii) In Section 9(k)(xviii), subsections (D) and (E) shall be deleted and subsection (F) shall be renumbered as subsection (D); and (iv) In Section 9(k), the following new subsection (xxviii) shall be added:
