  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Mobility 14.01 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that because of the extraordinary safety requirements of railroad work and the specialized nature of the work covered by this Agreement, it is necessary that the Employer have experienced and qualified employees and both parties shall cooperate to the end that all employees hired for work under this Agreement will be capable of performing such work in an experienced, efficient and safe manner.

  • Customer Identification Program (A) To assist the Fund in complying with requirements regarding a customer identification program in accordance with applicable regulations promulgated by U.S. Department of Treasury under Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act (“CIP Regulations”), BNYM will do the following:

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency shall record such data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place. The Authority and the Official Agency shall in partnership develop systems and work towards recording inspections through the use of electronic hand-held devices by the end of the term of this contract.

  • Customer Identification Program Notice To help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, U.S. Federal law requires each financial institution to obtain, verify, and record certain information that identifies each person who initially opens an account with that financial institution on or after October 1, 2003. Consistent with this requirement, PFPC Trust may request (or may have already requested) the Fund's name, address and taxpayer identification number or other government-issued identification number, and, if such party is a natural person, that party's date of birth. PFPC Trust may also ask (and may have already asked) for additional identifying information, and PFPC Trust may take steps (and may have already taken steps) to verify the authenticity and accuracy of these data elements.

  • Jurisdiction of Organization; Location of Chief Executive Office; Organizational Identification Number; Commercial Tort Claims (a) The name of (within the meaning of Section 9-503 of the Code) and jurisdiction of organization of each Loan Party and each of its Subsidiaries is set forth on Schedule 4.6(a) (as such Schedule may be updated from time to time to reflect changes permitted to be made under Section 6.5).

  • Type and Jurisdiction of Organization, Organizational and Identification Numbers The type of entity of such Grantor, its state of organization, the organizational number issued to it by its state of organization and its federal employer identification number are set forth on Exhibit A.

  • Health Services At the time of employment and subject to (b) above, full credit for registered professional nursing experience in a school program shall be given. Full credit for registered professional nursing experience may be given, subject to approval by the Human Resources Division. Non-degree nurses shall be placed on the BA Track of the Teachers Salary Schedule and shall be ineligible for movement to any other track.
