Normalcy. The Contractor must designate individual(s) trained in making decisions using the reasonable and prudent parent standard and who are authorized to consent to the youth’s participation in activities. A designated individual(s) is to be onsite to exercise the reasonable and prudent parent standard. The designated individual must take reasonable steps to determine the appropriateness of the activity in consideration of the youth’s age, maturity, and developmental level. The designated individual(s) is to consult with social work or treatment staff members who are most familiar with the youth at the residential program in applying and using the reasonable and prudent parent standard.

  • Normal The rate of pay for vacations shall be the rate of pay employees would receive had they been working at the position to which they have been permanently certified, except as provided in Subd. 2, below.

  • Practices The practices used or to be used by the Servicer, to monitor collections with respect to the Trust Property and repossess and dispose of the Financed Vehicles related to the Trust Property will be, in all material respects, in conformity with the requirements of all applicable federal and State laws, rules and regulations, and this Agreement. The Servicer is in possession of all State and local licenses (including all debt collection licenses) required for it to perform its services hereunder, and none of such licenses has been suspended, revoked or terminated, except where the failure to have such licenses would not be reasonably likely to have material adverse effect on its ability to service the Loans or Contracts or on the interest of the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent or the Noteholders.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees.
