Normal The rate of pay for vacations shall be the rate of pay employees would receive had they been working at the position to which they have been permanently certified, except as provided in Subd. 2, below.
Normal Business Hours Those hours during which most similar businesses in the community are open to serve customers. In all cases, “normal business hours” must include some evening hours at least one night per week and/or some weekend hours.
Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00
Industrial Accident and Illness Leave Section 44984 of the Education Code is supplemented as follows:
Working Xxxxxxx An employee who is in charge of a crew not more than five men including himself, engaged in line clearance work. (In the application of Article X, the Company need not consider the application for promotion to this classification from any employee having less than one year of experience in the Climber classification.)
Normal Workweek The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day and forty (40) hours per week. This Article shall not restrict the extension of the regular workday or workweek on an overtime basis when such is necessary to carry on the business of the District.
Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.
Practices The practices used or to be used by the Servicer, to monitor collections with respect to the Trust Property and repossess and dispose of the Financed Vehicles related to the Trust Property will be, in all material respects, in conformity with the requirements of all applicable federal and State laws, rules and regulations, and this Agreement. The Servicer is in possession of all State and local licenses (including all debt collection licenses) required for it to perform its services hereunder, and none of such licenses has been suspended, revoked or terminated, except where the failure to have such licenses would not be reasonably likely to have material adverse effect on its ability to service the Loans or Contracts or on the interest of the Indenture Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent or the Noteholders.
Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees.
