Common use of Normal Business Hours Clause in Contracts

Normal Business Hours. From 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays (“Normal Business Hours”), Landlord shall furnish to the Premises heat and air conditioning. If requested by Xxxxxx, Landlord shall furnish heat and air conditioning at times other than Normal Business Hours and the cost of such services as reasonably estimated by Landlord in advance and agreed by Tenant shall be paid by Xxxxxx as Additional Rent. During other than Normal Business Hours, Landlord may restrict access to the Building in accordance with the Building's security system, provided that Tenant shall have at all times during the Term of this Lease and during any extension thereof (24 hours of all days) reasonable access to the Premises.
