Common use of Nontransferability Clause in Contracts

Nontransferability. The Option granted by this Option Agreement shall be exercisable only during the term of the Option provided in paragraph 4 hereof and, except as provided in paragraph 8 above, only by the Optionee during his lifetime and while a Director of the Company.
