Nonforfeitability Sample Clauses

Nonforfeitability. The balance in an Individual’s Deemed IRA account is nonforfeitable at all times.

Nonforfeitability. The interest of the Participant in the balance in his or her Account shall at all times be nonforfeitable. The Account is established for the exclusive benefit of the Participant and his or her beneficiaries.
