Nondiscrimination Statement. The City and the Union agree that neither Party will unlawfully discriminate against any employee because of race, color, age, sex, marital or military status, sexual orientation, political ideology or affiliation, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, participation or lack of participation in Union activities, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, unless based on a bona fide occupational qualification to the extent allowed by applicable law.
