Nondiscrimination - Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor agrees that it will abide by all Federal and State labor and employment laws and regulations pertaining to unlawful discrimination prohibiting discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, disability or national origin, and those conditions contained in Presidential Executive Order (E.O.) 11246, as amended by E.O. 11375 and supplemented by the requirements of 41 CFR Part 60.

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) A. To the knowledge of the Company, there are no organizational efforts presently underway or threatened involving any employees of the Company or any of the employees performing work for the Company but provided by an outside employment agency, if any. There has been no work stoppage, strike or other concerted action by employees of the Company.
