Nondiscrimination Covenant. (a) In connection with the Project, the Municipality agrees to comply with fair employment practices pursuant to subchapter II of ch. 111, Wis.
Nondiscrimination Covenant. Sublessee hereby covenants and agrees, as a covenant running with the land, that in the event facilities are constructed, maintained, or otherwise operated by Sublessee on the Subleased Premises for a purpose for which a DOT program or activity is extended or for another purpose involving the provision of similar services or benefits, Sublessee shall maintain and operate such facilities and services in compliance with all other requirements imposed pursuant to 49 CFR Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation, and as said Regulations may be amended. Sublessee hereby covenants and agrees, as a covenant running with the land: (1) that no person on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed or national origin shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in the use of the Subleased Premises, (2) that in the construction of any improvements on, over, or under such Subleased Premises and the furnishing of services thereon, no person on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed or national origin shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination, (3) that Sublessee shall use the Subleased Premises in compliance with all other requirements imposed by or pursuant to 49 CFR Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation, and as said Regulations may be amended. Sublessee assures that it will comply with pertinent statutes, Executive Orders and such rules as are promulgated to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap be excluded from participating in any activity conducted with or benefiting from Federal assistance.
Nondiscrimination Covenant. By acceptance hereof, the Borrower agrees, for itself, its successors and assigns, to refrain from restricting the rental, or lease of the Project on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, sex, marital status, national origin or age of any person. All leases or contracts shall contain or be subject to substantially the following nondiscrimination or nonsegregation clauses: “The lessee herein covenants by and for himself or herself, his or her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, and this lease or sublease is made and accepted upon and subject to the following conditions: That there be no discrimination against or segregation of, any person or group of persons, on account of race, color, creed, religion, handicap, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age or ancestry in the leasing, subleasing, transferring, use or enjoyment of the land herein leased or subleased, nor shall the lessee himself or herself, or any persons claiming under or through him or her, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subleases, or subtenants in the land herein leased.”
Nondiscrimination Covenant. The Dealer covenants by and for itself and any successors in interest that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Site, nor shall the Dealer or any person claiming under or through it or them establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees of the Site. The foregoing covenants shall run with the land. The Dealer shall refrain from restricting the rental, sale or lease of the Site on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, national origin or ancestry of any person.
Nondiscrimination Covenant. Tenant covenants not to discriminate against or segregate any Person or group of Persons, on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, or disability.
