Common use of Nondisclosure Agreement Clause in Contracts

Nondisclosure Agreement. Licensee hereby acknowledges that the ----------------------- Nondisclosure Agreement dated December 14, 1993 between Sony and Licensee ("Nondisclosure Agreement") will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of Sony throughout the term of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Nondisclosure Agreement and the provisions of this Section 14, the provisions of the Nondisclosure Agreement shall control with respect to the Confidential Information of Sony.

Nondisclosure Agreement. Licensee hereby acknowledges that the ----------------------- Nondisclosure Agreement dated December 14September 28, 1993 1995 between Sony and Licensee ("Nondisclosure Agreement") will remain in full force and effect with respect to the Confidential Information of Sony throughout the term of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Nondisclosure Agreement and the provisions of this Section 1413, the provisions of the Nondisclosure Agreement shall control with respect to the Confidential Information of Sony.
