Noncommercial Rate Sample Clauses

The Noncommercial Rate clause defines a specific pricing structure that applies to transactions or uses that are not intended for commercial purposes. Typically, this rate is lower than standard commercial rates and is available to individuals, educational institutions, or nonprofit organizations for activities such as personal use, research, or teaching. By distinguishing between commercial and noncommercial uses, the clause ensures that entities not seeking profit can access goods or services at a more affordable rate, thereby promoting broader access while reserving higher rates for profit-driven activities.
