Non-Tenured Teachers. No non-tenured teacher shall be disciplined or suspended without just cause. The Trustees of the district may dismiss a teacher before the expiration of the teacher’s employment contract for good cause. Non-tenured teachers may be non-renewed as per Montana State Law. It is understood that nothing in this contract will restrict or limit the Board’s legal authority to renew or not renew the contract of a non- tenured teacher.
