Common use of Non-Tenured Teachers Clause in Contracts

Non-Tenured Teachers. The final summative evaluation conference each year for non-tenured teachers shall be held at least two (2) school days prior to any Board action to retain, dismiss or grant tenure to such teachers, except where termination is for cause. During the conference, the evaluator shall inform the teacher of his/her recommendation concerning his/her continued employment in the District.
