Non-Subscribers Sample Clauses

The Non-Subscribers clause defines how parties who are not formal subscribers to an agreement or service are treated under the contract. Typically, this clause clarifies whether non-subscribers have any rights, obligations, or access to benefits provided by the agreement, and may specify the limitations or exclusions that apply to them. For example, it might state that only registered subscribers are entitled to certain services or protections, while non-subscribers are excluded. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity regarding the status and entitlements of individuals or entities who have not formally subscribed, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about who is covered by the agreement.
