Common use of Non-Spousal Clause in Contracts

Non-Spousal. Upon non-spousal continuation at contractholder death, the Reinsurer will be responsible for the Reinsured Obligation, if any, upon First Golden's receipt of due proof of death of the contractholder. The Reinsurer's liability will cease upon payment of this Reinsured Obligation.
