Common use of Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation. During the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing until the first anniversary of the date when the Executive’s Employment terminated for any reason, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, personally or through others, solicit or attempt to solicit (on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity) the employment of any employee of the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates.

Non-Solicitation. During the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing until the first anniversary of the date when the Executive’s Employment terminated for any reasonTermination Date, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, personally or through others, solicit solicit, recruit, or attempt to solicit (on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of recruit any other person employee, agent, licensor, content provider, supplier, distributor, customer or entity) the employment of any employee partner of the Company to curtail, cancel or any of terminate such employment, agency or business relationship that it has with the Company’s Company or its affiliates.

During the period commencing on the date Effective Date of this Agreement and continuing until the first second anniversary of the date when the Executive’s Employment terminated 's employment terminates for any reason, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, personally or through others, solicit or encourage, or attempt to solicit or encourage (on the Executive’s 's own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity) the employment of for hire any employee or consultant of the Company or any of the Company’s 's affiliates.

During Following the period commencing on the date of this Agreement Commencement Date and continuing until the first third anniversary of the date when the Executive’s Employment terminated 's employment terminates for any reason, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, personally or through others, solicit or attempt to solicit (on the Executive’s 's own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity) the employment of for hire or hire any employee of the Company or any of the Company’s 's affiliates.

During the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing until the first second anniversary of the date when the Executive’s Employment terminated for any reasonTermination Date, the Executive shall not directly or indirectly, personally or through others, solicit or attempt to solicit (on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity) the employment of any employee of the Company or any of the Company’s affiliates.
