Common use of Non-Solicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Customers. Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment with the Company for any reason, he will not solicit or accept any business for the provision of the Services from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or during the time Executive was employed by the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment with the Company this Agreement for any reason, he will not solicit or accept any business business, for services or products substantially similar to the provision of the Services services or products offered by Employer, from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or solicited during the time Executive was employed by the CompanyEmployer.

Non-Solicitation of Customers. In further consideration of the Company providing Employees confidential information, Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, and that for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment with the Company for any reasontermination, he will not solicit or accept any business for the provision of the Services from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with dealt or solicited while employed by Company during the time Executive was employed by the Companylast twelve (12) a months of his employment.

Executive further agrees that, for that during the duration term of this Agreement, and for a period of one eighteen (118) year after months thereafter, regardless of the circumstances of the termination of his employment with the Company for or any reasonclaim that Executive may have against Employer under this Agreement or otherwise, he Executive will not solicit or accept any business for the provision of the Services from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or during the time Executive was employed by the Company.not:

Non-Solicitation of Customers. The Executive further agrees that, for that during the duration term of this Agreement, the Employment Agreement and for a period of one (1) year 6 months after the termination Executive ceases to be engaged as an employee of his employment with the Company, the Executive will not directly or indirectly solicit the business of any person who is a customer of the Company for any reason, he will not solicit or accept any business for at the provision of date the Services from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or during the time Executive was ceases to be employed by the Company, or who was a customer of the Company during the six (6) months preceding such date. The Executive will also not assist any other person in doing the same.

Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his employment with the Company this Agreement for any reason, he will not either directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or on behalf of others solicit or accept any business business, for services or products substantially similar to the provision of the Services services or products offered by Employer, from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or solicited during the time Executive was employed by the CompanyEmployer.

Executive further agrees that, for the duration of this AgreementAgreement and otherwise during his employment with the Employer, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of his this employment with the Company for any reason, he will not solicit or accept any business business, for services or products substantially similar to the provision of the Services services or products offered by Employer, from any customer or client or prospective customer or client with whom Executive dealt, had contact with or solicited during the time Executive was employed by the CompanyEmployer.
