Non-Solicitation; Non-Interference. During the Term and for a period of one year following the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive agrees that he/she will not, directly or indirectly, for the Executive’s benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity, do any of the following:

During the Term Employment Period and for a period of the one year immediately following the termination of the Executive’s 's employment with the Company for any reasonreason (the "Restricted Period"), the Executive agrees that he/she he will not, directly or indirectly, for the Executive’s his benefit or for the benefit of any other person person, firm or entityEntity, do any of the following:

During the Term and for a period of one year twelve (12) months following the termination of the Executive’s 's employment for any reason, subject to the terms of the Operative Employment Agreement, the Executive agrees that he/she will not, directly or indirectly, for the Executive’s 's benefit or for the benefit of any other person or entity, do any of the following:
