NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During the Executive’s employment with the Employer and for twelve (12) months after the Executive’s date of termination, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either as an individual or as an employee, agent, consultant, advisor, independent contractor, general partner, officer, director, stockholder, investor, lender, or in any other capacity whatsoever, of any person, firm, corporation, or partnership, induce or attempt to induce, or hire, any person, who at the time of such inducement or hire is an employee of the Employer (or who was, within the six (6) months prior to such inducement or hire, an employee) to perform work or service for any other person or entity other than the Employer.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. For a period of [ ] months following Participant’s termination of employment, Participant agrees that Participant will not induce or solicit or attempt to induce or solicit any employee of Columbia to leave his or her employment with Columbia and/or accept employment elsewhere.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. By executing this Agreement, Executive acknowledges that he understands that Employer’s ability to operate its business depends upon its ability to attract and retain skilled people and that Employer has and will continue to invest substantial resources in training such individuals. Therefore, during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, without the prior written permission of Parent, directly solicit, employ or retain, or have or cause any other person or entity to solicit, employ or retain, any person who is employed by Employer.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During Associate’s employment and for two (2) years immediately following the cessation of Associate’s employment with the Company for any reason, Associate will not solicit or in any manner encourage employees of the Company to leave the employ of the Company.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that during the period of Grantee’s employment by the Company (or any Subsidiary), and for a period of one (1) year after termination of Grantee’s Service Relationship for any reason, with or without Cause, Grantee shall not directly or indirectly, either alone or in concert with others, solicit, entice, or encourage the hiring of any employee of the Company (or any Subsidiary) unless such person was involuntarily terminated or laid off by the Company (or any Subsidiary). NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. During Employee's employment with the Company and for a period of one (1) year after the cessation of that employment, Employee agrees that he will not directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any person or entity, solicit or induce, or assist in any manner in the solicitation or inducement of the employees of the Company, other than those in clerical or secretarial positions, to leave their employment with the Company, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions or parent companies, and accept employment with another person or entity.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that during the period of Participant’s employment by the Corporation (or any subsidiary), and for a period of one (1) year after termination of Participant’s Service Relationship for any reason, with or without Cause, Participant shall not directly or indirectly, either alone or in concert with others, solicit, entice, or encourage the hiring of any employee of the Corporation (or any Subsidiary) unless such person was involuntarily terminated or laid off by the Corporation (or any subsidiary). 3
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. For a period of two years following Closing, neither BE nor any of its Affiliates shall solicit any of BPI’s or BPLP’s existing employees as at the Master Heads Date.
NON-SOLICITATION (EMPLOYEES. You covenant and agree that during your employment with the Company and during the Post-Employment Non-Competition Period, you will not directly or indirectly, on your own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, recruit or solicit or attempt to recruit or solicit for hire any employee of the Company or its affiliates. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, the Company agrees that the following shall not be deemed a violation of this subsection 5 (i) your responding to an unsolicited request for an employment reference regarding any former employee of the Company from such former employee, or from a third party, by providing a reference setting forth your personal views about such former employee or (ii) if an entity with which you are associated solicits, hires or engages any employee of the Company or any of its affiliates, if you were not, directly or indirectly, involved in soliciting or identifying such person as a potential recruit or assisting in the recruitment of such employee.
