Common use of Non-Solicitation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Agreement. FLVS and the Customer agree that during the term of this agreement, except as provided elsewhere in this agreement or through mutual consent of both organizations – they shall not directly or indirectly engage, hire, employ, or solicit any employee of the other, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the other or otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the other to leave employment of the other or alter the employment relationship of any employee with the other.
