Common use of Non-Severability Clause in Contracts

Non-Severability. The rights of Tenant under this Article shall not be severed from the Lease or separately sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred (except with respect to any Permitted Transferee), and shall expire on the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
