Common use of Non-Restrictive Relationship Clause in Contracts

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to preclude HP or any of its Affiliates from independently developing or from acquiring, marketing or providing similar products or services that may perform the same or similar functions as the Services and/or Deliverables.
