Non-Represented Individuals. All other individuals, including students, in temporary appointments who work less than one thousand fifty (1,050) hours during any consecutive twelve (12) month period are not covered by this Agreement. The Employer may petition the Director of the Department of Personnel for approval of exceptions to the one thousand fifty (1,050) hour threshold specified above. The Employer will provide the Union with a copy of the petition.
