Non-Professionals Sample Clauses
The Non-Professionals clause defines and distinguishes individuals or entities who are not considered professionals within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies that certain rights, obligations, or access to services or information are limited or modified for users who do not meet the criteria of a professional, such as retail investors versus institutional investors in financial agreements. By clearly outlining who qualifies as a non-professional, the clause ensures that the agreement applies appropriate terms and regulatory requirements, thereby reducing ambiguity and ensuring compliance with relevant laws or industry standards.
