The Parties also agree that this settlement agreement was based upon the particular facts and circumstances of this case only. Neither the Agreement nor the term(s) herein shall be construed as a basis, by any person or persons, to justify similar terms in any subsequent matter. This Agreement shall not be quoted, used, cited or relied upon by any party in any manner in connection with any other judicial, contractual or administrative procedure, except to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
