Non-Participating Author Sample Clauses

Non-Participating Author. If the Author does not participate in a Revision, the Author shall continue to be paid royalties as set forth hereunder for such Revision, less any compensation paid to the revisor, which shall be calculated in the sole discretion of the Publisher based on the Publisher’s determination of an equitable allocation in light of the scope and extent of the revisions. If the Author does not participate in a Revision for any reason, the Author’s participation in subsequent Revisions shall only occur upon mutual written agreement.
