Common use of Non-owned Property Clause in Contracts

We do not cover property damage to non- owned property occupied by, used by, or in the care of any insured or any other resident of any insured's household, except as provided in Additional Coverages, item 2. We do cover an insured's liability for property damage to such non-owned property if arising out of fire or smoke.
