Consultant convenants with the Company that employees of or consultants to the Company and employees of and consultants to firms, corporations or entities affiliated with the Company have, of necessity, been exposed to and have acquired certain knowledge, understandings, and know-how concerning the Company's business operations which is confidential information and proprietary to the Company.
