Common use of Non-Impairment Clause in Contracts

Non-Impairment. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Amendment shall alter or affect any provision, condition, or covenant contained in any of the Loan Documents or affect or impair any rights, powers, or remedies of Lender, it being the intent of the parties hereto that the provisions of the Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect except as expressly modified hereby.

Non-Impairment. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Amendment shall alter or affect any provision, condition, or covenant contained in any of the Loan Documents or affect or impair any rights, powers, or remedies of Administrative Agent or any Lender, it being the intent of the parties hereto that the provisions of the Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect except as expressly modified hereby.

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Amendment shall alter or affect any provision, condition, or covenant contained in any of the Notes or other Loan Documents or affect or impair any rights, powers, or remedies of LenderLenders, it being the intent of the parties hereto that the provisions of the Notes and other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect except as expressly modified hereby.

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in this Amendment shall alter or affect any provision, condition, or covenant contained in any of the Notes or other Loan Documents or affect or impair any rights, powers, or remedies of Lender, it being the intent of the parties hereto that the provisions that, except as amended hereby, all of the Loan Documents terms, covenants and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall continue remain in full force and effect except as expressly modified herebyeffect. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Amendment and the Credit Agreement, this Amendment shall control.
