Non-Identification. The RECIPIENT(S) agree to ensure that none of the APPROVED USERS will use the DATA, either alone or in combination with any other information, to attempt to identify or contact individual CLINICAL TRIAL participants. Moreover, they agree not to present or publish any information that would allow identification of CLINICAL TRIAL participants.
