Common use of Non-Hiring Clause in Contracts

Non-Hiring. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twelve (12) months after termination hereof, neither party shall directly or indirectly, knowingly solicit, hire or otherwise retain, as an employee, consultant or independent contractor, any employee of the other party, within one (1) year of the employee leaving the employ of the other party, unless previously agreed in writing by the other party.
