Non-Exclusive Relationship. A. This Contract is not exclusive, and Provider acknowledges that: (i) CPS has no obligation to provide Provider any minimum level of work or compensation under this Agreement; and (ii) CPS may obtain services or materials from third parties that may be similar to the Services or Deliverables, without any obligation or liability to Provider.
