Non-Employed Learners. 13.1 The Education Provider (or the Education Provider in partnership with the Placement Provider) shall ensure that they select Non-Employed Learners for training in accordance with the rules and standards as laid down by the relevant Regulator and relevant national policies (including but not limited to the NHS Employment Check Standards and counter fraud measures).
