Non-Driving Time Pay. All drivers will receive their regular hourly rate for all driving time and such time will be classified as Driving Time Pay. All bus drivers will be paid the following rates for non-driving time during extra­ curricular, field trips, sports runs, and other non-driving time activities and such time will be classified as Non- Driving Time Pay:
