NON-DELIVERY AND COPIES OF E-BILL(S); BILLING RECORDS. You agree to hold us and our officers, directors, employees and agents harmless if a Xxxxxx fails to deliver your e-bills to us. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all of your e-bills. Although e-Bill Service will retain your e-bill information for up to eighteen (18) months, you should also save your e-bill information. You are responsible for updating any billing information that impacts the delivery of your e-bills, including but not limited to the username and password used to access your statements with your Xxxxxx.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Marking Records As of the Closing Date, Seller has caused the Computer File relating to the Contracts sold hereunder and concurrently reconveyed by Trust Depositor to the Trust and pledged by the Trust to the Indenture Trustee to be clearly and unambiguously marked to indicate that such Contracts constitute part of the Trust Corpus, are owned by the Trust and constitute security for the Notes.
