NON-CONTINUANCE Sample Clauses
A Non-continuance clause defines the circumstances under which an agreement or contractual relationship will not be extended or renewed beyond its current term. Typically, this clause outlines the process for ending the contract at its scheduled expiration date, such as requiring one or both parties to provide advance written notice if they do not wish to continue. By clearly specifying how and when a contract will end, the Non-continuance clause helps prevent automatic renewals and ensures both parties have certainty regarding the duration of their obligations.
