Non-compliant Members. If Provider desires to discharge a Member, Provider shall provide prior written notice of such desire to discharge the Member to Company. Provider agrees to continue to provide Covered Services to such Member under the same terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement until such time as Company makes appropriate arrangements for another Participating Provider to accept such Member as a patient.

Non-compliant Members. A.11.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide targeted education to members who do not comply with the CONTRACTOR’s policies and procedures regarding NEMT services. All member materials shall comply with Section 2.17 of the Agreement and must be prior approved in writing by TENNCARE.

  • Non-Compliant Work Should the A/E and/or the ODR identify Work as non-compliant with the Contract Documents, the ODR will communicate the finding to the Contractor and the Contractor will correct such Work at its expense. The approval of Work by either the A/E or ODR does not relieve the Contractor from the obligation to comply with all requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • Non-Compliance Any Products or Services that are not in conformity with the requirements of an Order (“Non-Complying Products” and “Non-Complying Services”, respectively), may be returned at DXC’s option at Supplier’s risk and expense.
