Non-competition; Reverse Engineering Clause Samples

Non-competition; Reverse Engineering. Licensee shall not use the Software to develop a product determined by RSI to perform the same or similar function as some product of RSI. Licensee may use the Software solely in its original form, and may not change, alter or modify the Software, nor may it create derivative works, or translate, reverse assemble, reverse compile, disassemble, or in any way reverse engineer the Software.
