Non-Collection Notice. 3.8.1 The FRANCHISEE is not required to collect Solid Waste, Yard Trash, Bulk Waste or Recyclable Materials that have not been placed out for Collection in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and any amendments thereto. If not collected, FRANCHISEE shall immediately place a notice on the cart, bin or waste explaining why the material was notcollected.
