Common use of Non-Banking Days Clause in Contracts

Non-Banking Days. If any payment pursuant to this Agreement or any of the Relevant Documents shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Banking Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Banking Day and such extension of time shall be included in computation of the interest or other payment due.
