NON-ASSIGNMENT CLAUSE. In accordance with Section 109 of the General Municipal Law, this contract may not be assigned by the Contractor or its right, title or interest therein assigned, transferred, conveyed, sublet or otherwise disposed of without the previous consent, in writing, of the County and any attempts to assign the contract without the County’s written consent are null and void. The Contractor may, however, assign its right to receive payment without the County’s prior written consent.
