Common use of NOMINEE Clause in Contracts

NOMINEE. Nominee means the person named in the Certificate of Insurance to receive the benefits due under the Policy on the death of the Insured Person.

NOMINEE. Nominee means is the person named in selected by the Certificate of Insurance policyholder to receive the benefits due under the Policy on the benefit in case of death of the Insured Personinsured thus giving a valid discharge to the insurer on settlement of claim under an insurance policy.
